House sits on 1 acre in an extremely quiet part of Southwest Harbor, midway between the center of town and the Seawall entrance to Acadia.
Wraparound porch with all-weather tables, chairs, and rockers provides great views for all-day dining outside. Large kitchen stocked with full range of appliances, washer and dryer in basement, outdoor charcoal grill provided.
Canoe with different length paddles and life vests for family, and 3 bicycles, all come with house. Book-lined spacious 1 BR cottage in back of house, ideal for accommodating friends and further family members, can be rented for minimal additional fee.
Herb garden, flowerbeds, and rugosas line house and cottage. House sleeps 6; cottage sleeps 2.
