House has hard wood floors, original cabinets and wood work. 1/2 mile to pristine Echo Lake, 1/2 mile walk to Somes Sound. House is simple and charming; lots of wood, lots of windows, nice rugs, lots of books and old prints, lovely sunsets from living room windows, washer dryer.
